Ryan Fertig currently serves as Head of Construction, US Real Estate for Vestas Wind Systems, one of the world’s largest wind turbine manufacturers. He has responsibility for capital construction on Vestas owned real estate in the US region and has exercised oversight on more than $1B USD in capital. Prior to Vestas, Ryan was involved in more than $1B USD of capital project execution as a structural engineer and construction manager. He gets excited about delivering value at the intersection of built environment expertise and innovative risk management.
Ryan earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wyoming. He is a licensed professional engineer and general contractor.
