In this episode, our host sits down with Sam Hamilton, Director of Prefabrication and Virtual Construction Encore Electric to introduce disJointed and our host to the problems facing leading trade contractors in the built environment.

Sam Hamilton has played a key role in Virtual Design on numerous projects as well as helping take Encore’s prefabrication shop to the next level. Her technical ability has been a major asset to some of our most important work. Her position ranges from providing input on preconstruction budgets to being responsible for the high level of prefabricated construction services and field installation required on all projects. Sam plays a large part in the efficiency of all project coordination from a team standpoint and giving the field the opportunity to work faster with better information.
